Utilizing the Stability Ball for strengthening, conditioning and cardiovascular benefits, this class takes a unique fun approach to fitness. This class will assist in balance, tone, agility and strength. You will feel the benefits of this class, like no other!

FF45 is a 45 minute challenging strength and conditioning full body workout in a small group setting. For all fitness levels. This Class takes place in the Training Studio, be sure to reserve your spot, there is limited space.

A series of exercises targeting each of the body’s primary muscle groups. This class will utilize a combination of body weight, dumbbells, weights and cardio intervals to achieve overall strengthening and conditioning.

Uplift Yoga combines the traditional yoga practice with TRX strength training as well as the fun and physical benefits of inversion therapy. Hanging upside down can relieve tension and compression in the neck and spine, while other hanging postures develop grip and pull strength in the hands and shoulders. Other full-body exercises will not only build strength, but will be a great way to advance their yoga practice of backbends, arm balances, and inversions. This course combines strength-building, flexibility, stress-reduction, and fun all in one!
