Auto Pay Membership Information:

  • Your membership begins on the day you sign up.
    Your auto renewal date will be prorated to the first of each month.

  • Memberships are non-transferrable.

  • Minimum 30-day cancellation notice is required to cancel membership, downgrade membership,  change, cancel, pause or freeze a payment. Please email written notice to info@funkytownfit.com or fill out form online.
    Failure to provide a 30 day notice will result in additional fees.

  • If membership is canceled, rate lock is lost, and future membership is subject to a rate increase.
